Royal Palms at Lauderhill Apartamentos

Don't move here when you first get over here they tell you the pool is under construction but yet nobody comes to fix it and the apartment you rent is not yours its the roaches.ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES!!!!They claim they come to spray but they don't and if they do all it does is multiply the roaches.The elevators are always broken and smell like urine and homeless people like to sleep on the stairs an under the stair cases.The security don't do anything but sit on the golf carts... and charge they're phones and the maintenance people just try to talk to the little girls that are walking by.When the stoves are broken they just swap them out of different apartments and respray them.They take forever to repaint anything and when they do you wonder did it even get painted in the first place.These apartments have a bad case of mold and when you tell the people at the office all they say is that it isn't mold and try to raise you're rent $150 more.
