Apartment 604 is a contemporary decorated apartment with style and sophistication, featuring 3 bedrooms, including a converted den, 2 full bathrooms, Terrazzo floors, granite countertops, a full kitchen, and a 20 ft large balcony with beautiful ocean views. The master bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a bonus twin bed, the guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the convertible 3rd bedroom has a twin bed.
This apartment has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with direct ocean and beach views. The kitchen includes all major appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The dining room provides seating for 6-8, and the apartment includes Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Extra guests are welcome, with the base rate including sleeping for up to 7 guests, and each additional guest is $35 per night up to a maximum of 9 guests. The resort offers amenities such as two heated pools, hot tubs, direct beach access, lounges on the beach, and water sports for additional fees. A fitness center, steam room, sauna, concierge, bellhop, free Wi-Fi, gift shop, onsite hair salon and spa massage, onsite coffee shop, and onsite restaurant are available. A private poolside cabana is available to rent from 10 am to 8 pm, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a full bathroom with a waterfall shower, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean.
The location is perfect for enjoying local activities, including delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions, and nightlife. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from the pool area, which features two heated pools and hot tubs. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, it is also close to the Port of Miami, Brickell, and downtown business district. Nearby attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep-sea fishing, the Parrot Jungle, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district, and Wynwood.
The property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation. In the rare event of an unexpected emergency maintenance issue before or during your stay, a unit of equal or greater value will be assigned. If the dates you selected are not available, alternative units may be available at the same beachfront property.
