I have lived in Courtside Apartments in Overtown for a little under a year and I can say that my time here has been an absolute pleasure. The staff are professional, kind hearted, hard working, and always there to help out - overall a delight. From the guys that do maintenance to the sweet gentleman and lady that work in the office. The building is GORGEOUS, and the decor in the common rooms and units is modern and sleek. With a basketball court, covered and street parking, a computer room, gym... (which I use every night, saving SO much money compared to super expensive gyms), community party room, and a community center and value grocery store on the same block, living at Courtside is a joy and a pleasure!
