I’ve lived at Vista Palms for a while now and I can honestly say, this place feels like home! You can see that Vista Palms has truly stepped up in making this community a better place. The management team is friendly, professional, and always working to improve things. The resident events are such a thoughtful touch—it’s so nice to live somewhere that actually cares about the people who live here. Huge thanks to Santee for always going above and beyond. I love Vista Palms! From the moment I stepped foot onto the grounds, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the team in the office. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant living experience in every interaction is like they truly care. The maintenance guys do a good job with upkeeping the landscape and amenities like the gym and my son loves to play with the other children at the playground. I will say this is a hidden gem. I do wish this was a more secure gated community but, i am... glad there is security. I have lived here for 3 years now and i am looking forward to another year!

We lived here for 2 years now, and can truly say it has been an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful and the facilities are great as well. Whenever I need assistance or have a question in general, Santee always goes above and beyond! If I have any issues I know I can go to Santee and he takes care of the problem right away.

I just moved out 1 month ago due to my job relocating but I lived here for 1 year. My experience was great. It’s quiet and my neighbors were friendly. Santee is extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. Maintenance and pest control are always friendly and resolve your issues quickly. Had i not had to leave, I would have renewed my lease. Thank you! :)
