Best first apartment

It is a great place to live, safe with the gate and patrol at night. The staff was very helpful and informative. The apartments are clean and in awesome conditions with great renovations, they all include a private balcony and your own washer dryer which is super convenient! I definitely see myself living here for another couple of years

Would move in again

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff and the office staff was wonderful. I had questions about my contract and the office staff educated me on certain things and I was very grateful for that. The location was great for me and my family, it was quiet and a family friendly atmosphere. My neighbors were great too. I wish I lived there longer but I had to move out of state due to my husbands job.

You won’t regret living here! It’s so cozy, people... are nice and community is quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful community with an amazing staff!

I recommend this beautiful community. This place has an amazing team working in the office as well as their maintenance. Always treated with professionalism and courtesy. Maria the leasing agent is a gem!

Amazing property

This property offers amazing amenities as well as friendly staff members who are always available when you need them.
The apartments are super comfortable and very well-kept.
I would definitely recommend living at Pepper Cove to everyone.

Love the apartment, the staff and location but not so much, the noise or lack of assigned parking.

PROS: The apartment is well appointed with a washer and dryer and it is a gated community. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Kendall and close to shopping and restaurants.

CONS:
1. Walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor use the toilet.
2. The parking situation is a big issue. I work nights sometimes and come home to find the only parking available is 2 blocks away. After a long day on my feet,... the last thing I want to do is walk that far. That could be easily remedied if the complex assigned 1 parking spot per apartment close to the buildings and then if tenants have additional cars, those could be parked further away, in my opinion.
