Vue at Brickell

Property management is going to run this property into the ground. My car has been regularly vandalized for nearly 7 months, holed in my roof from cigarettes people throw, pool furniture caught on fire, clay pots throw off balcony, scolding coffee tossed over the balcony. My car has been illegally booted, the valet guy had the key. I accused them of illegal scam and not reporting to the city, was refunded when I did my research. Flooding in the hallways, into our front foyer...the neighbor woke... us saying “we’ve notified everyone, but they aren’t taking this seriously”. Place is a joke, management is a joke, and best of luck to you and your family with this place. Ask for Roberto, the property manager. The joke is on you for disregarding this post! Lee mas

The building is beautiful and the location is great, but the management is beyond horrendous. They have send out all sorts of notes about noise and timely hours, but do not accommodate all tenants. If you work from home, this should be your LAST pick. Construction noises all day, and management will just say theres nothing they can do, all while giving you a run around. It seems they are only concerned with the OWNERS and not tenants. In my year here, I have seen a turn over of management and... ALL desk staff. They are slow to respond. For the price you are paying, you can find MUCH better service and accommodation in Brickell Lee mas

VERY BAD CHEAP CONSTRUCTION,HALL RUGS HAVE NOT BEING CHANGED SINCE IT WAS BUILT,CHEAP KITCHEN AND HE WORST EMPLYOYEES YOU CAN FIND...BEGINNING WITH THE CONCIERNE

I have been living on the 20th floor of The Vue for 3 years now. I moved here straight from Boston and I love it, it's home. It isn't as luxurious or new as some of the surrounding buildings in the neighborhood, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a more perfect location, with three or four great restaurants downstairs and Mary Brickell a block away. They have done a good job of renovating the lobby, and the pool area is truly hard to beat. The pool is on the roof of the 8th floor with views of... downtown, it's especially breathtaking at night. I think that the building staff is also hard to beat: between front desk staff, office staff, and valets, I feel like everyone knew my name within just a few months of being there.
