Great building with beautiful amenities, everything is always clean and the maintenance team will come and fix anything right away.
Location is also a big plus, in Wynwood so very walkable but far enough to be quiet and not super busy

The building is beautiful, the amenities are great and modern. The staff is excellent, very friendly and always ready to help out. And loving the apps that the building has.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new building. From day one, I was impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything is. The common areas, like the lobby and pool, are always spotless, and it’s clear that management truly cares about the residents’ experience. Security is top-notch, which gives me peace of mind at all times. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The location is another big plus — close to supermarkets, great restaurants, and... with easy access to main roads. My apartment is bright, quiet, and finished with high-quality materials. Moving here was definitely a great decision. I’m enjoying every moment and looking forward to taking full advantage of everything this building has to offer. Absolutely love living in this building! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to help. The amenities are modern, clean, and truly elevate the living experience—everything from the gym to the common areas is well-maintained. It’s a great community in a fantastic location. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live. The only negative aspect is it can be a bit noisy due to the neighborhood

Everyone from the leasing office was very helpful and responsive. It couldn't have been an easier process. Amazing amenities, and they take very good care of them. It is always clean and inviting.
