The Oceania Beach Club is about 75 miles from the Orlando International Airport and 22 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport, located in the Oceania Plaza Condo complex in New Smyrna. Nearby attractions include Buena Vista Park for fishing and picnicking, Smyrna Dunes Park with nature trails and fishing, and Beachside Tavern featuring live music every night. Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are also within driving distance. Outdoor activities such as surfboard and boogie board rentals, guided kayak tours, boat and jet ski rentals, golf cart rentals, sunset river cruises, sunrise kayak tours, and fishing guides and charters are available.
Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony, with a $500 penalty for violations. No parties or events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
