I discovered black mold in my apartment and brought it to management's attention. They told me it was just dust and not to worry about it. I literally got a mold kit to test it, and they still did nothing about it.
They also shut the water off multiple times per month without notice!
Management is rude and unhelpful!

Honestly, living here has been frustrating. It’s really hard to reach anyone in management when you need help. I’m constantly putting in maintenance requests sometimes they fix the problem right away, but other times it takes three or four tries before anything actually gets done.
PThe plumbing is another big issue. At least twice a month, you’ll wake up with no water because they’ve had to shut it off for repairs. It’s super inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to get ready for work or... school. The rent is cheaper than a lot of other places nearby, but you definitely feel it in the quality. You save money on the price, but you end up paying for it with all the problems you deal with.

This place is horrible. The Wi-Fi that is supposed to be free does not work. There is a roach infestation so if you do move here, do not buy expensive things because the roaches will get into your things and you would have to throw them away and the pool is never open. The management is horrible. They never answer their phone either. Do not move here!

It’s terrible place , old apartments ,high rent prices , cockroach problems, water cuts almost every month ( today the 3rd day in a row the water being off ) ……..this place totally headache!

This place is beautiful, pools are always clean, gym has everything you need it even has a sauna! super awesome. The staff is great! Love love love it here.
