Decent Price, Poor Quality
Honestly, living here has been frustrating. It’s really hard to reach anyone in management when you need help. I’m constantly putting in maintenance requests sometimes they fix the problem right away, but other times it takes three or four tries before anything actually gets done.
PThe plumbing is another big issue. At least twice a month, you’ll wake up with no water because they’ve had to shut it off for repairs. It’s super inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to get ready for work or... school. The rent is cheaper than a lot of other places nearby, but you definitely feel it in the quality. You save money on the price, but you end up paying for it with all the problems you deal with.
