Saddleworth Green

Imagine the ground right outside your apartment literally sinking into itself without management telling you a single thing about what's going on over there. And then when you do bring it up as a genuine concern, she responds with "Well, if you don't feel safe, you can leave. City says it's fine." Ground's been shifting VASTLY for over a year since the city 'patched it up' and there's still half of the community's runoff water flooding into this thing every single day. What's supposed to happen… after a few year's time? 10 years down the line?

Yeah, Paula, I'm talking about you. Place is a joke. More to come once I take Paula's sound advice. And don't even get me started on the roaches and spiders infesting half the buildings here, the dozens of spontaneous community water shut offs, the fact that the facilities are hardly ever cleaned/cleaned properly, the upcharge on your rent for 'saftey controls' that don't provide the safety they claim to, the passive aggressive emails that come through complaining about the residents like THEY'RE the problem here. I could write an entire book on this place's problems and, honestly, my exit review is gonna be much more thorough. But all the issues, from my perspective, (and even the perspective of those working at the apartment complex, no tea) point back to who? Paula. And probably management in general.

Don't listen to any of those 5 star reviews because I guarantee they're all people that simply did a tour with one of the lovely people in that office or the self-guided tour. I would have based on that tour too, real talk. But this is the review of someone who's been put through THE Saddleworth experience for going on 2 years. Listen to the 1-3 stars. Those are more likely to be residents and they all mention some of the same issues. It's not a one time thing, it's a pattern of neglectful, lazy behavior that shows just how much they care about the families here.
