Radius Apartamentos

My experience here at radius just keeps getting better and better. Leasing office is so accommodating and they feel like family and it’s nice to see them around the property all the time the maintenance department is spot on. I’m used to waiting 4 to 5 days for a maintenance request to be done but at radius it’s done within 24 hours or less. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the only thing that annoys me is the fact that I did not move here sooner.

Everyone is perfect. I would not change a thing. From day one, the leasing staff has rolled out the red carpet. I wish our apartment could be lease to own, I love it so much

Couldn’t have been better, wife & I were moving back to Orlando from Texas and you guys made sure the transition was as easy as possible. There was a few speed bumps a long the way but Kale stepped up and took care of them. He made sure we had everything we needed !

Cael in the leasing office is a gem and makes a true connection with the residents. The place is clean, organized and well kept. The location is perfect and having parking available is a win!
