BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME. Do not live here. Before signing the lease we were told about all the charges that we would be paying on a monthly basis, but after moving in we are now paying triple what we were originally told. Also to add more things to the list: the apartment was in terrible shape when first moving in, toilets didn’t flush properly, there wasn’t any hot water for the showers, pest problems(ants, wasps, and cockroaches), mold on the vents all over the apartment, and to top it off the... maintenance didn’t solve anything until months later.

Regarding utility billing, our community uses a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS),... which is a standard practice for properties without individual meters. This is shared with all residents prior to move-in. We understand this system can sometimes lead to confusion, and we’re happy to walk through billing details with any resident who has questions.
We’re also sorry to hear that you encountered maintenance issues early on. Our goal is always to respond quickly and thoroughly, and we regret if any delays occurred.
