Arabelle City Center Apartamentos

I would not recommend this place at all. They don't clean the hallways dead animals and stains are in the hallway. Some stain have been for the past 6 months. It's a beautiful property but they seem to rent to the lowest class of people they can find. Mainance staff is top notch and know their job very well. The leasing staff are pretty nice and I see they try. I've never seen security here to enforce the rules
I've seen homeless people sleeping at the pool lounge chairs. They really need to... have better security her. Don't rent here Lee mas

Apartments are beautiful but don’t be fooled. The worst management team I have ever experienced. They are super rude and unhelpful. Also , be ready to hear your neighbors every move! And when you move out ... and they make up charges so that you don’t get your deposit back (and owe more money)

There is mold throughout the apartment. They took forever to fix a leak

Realtors *BE WARE* you will not get paid by Town City Center. They promised me a commission in the amount of $1,500 when I registered and brought a tenant to them. Such tenant is living in this complex since July 11th 2020, 90 DAYS AGO, and they haven't paid me :-( I have sent numerous emails and made many many phone calls including to TRG management. They do not want to put me through the supervisor's voice mail nor give me the supervisor's phone number nor give me their email. REAL ESTATE... AGENTS DO NOT BRING ANY TENANTS TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. Lee mas
