Avalon Apartments is Your Place to Call Home
For the first time in my life, I decided to downsize and live in an apartment. Since it's only myself, I was initially concerned if I would feel isolated or afraid.
After visiting Avalon, all my concerns drifted away. The amenities are fabulous. From the weight and cardio fitness center to the tanning beds and game room with many monthly events to keep you busy and introduce you to your new community. It's winter, but I cannot wait to utilize the beautiful pool and grill with friends.
You... also have an abundance of options to meet your living needs. Being single I have a one bedroom very spacious apartment, from the large bedroom, to the walk-in closet which is a whole different room, a den/office area, large bathroom and a huge kitchen with ample space and all the modern features. I love having a separate spacious fully furnished laundry room and on top of it all I have a balcony to watch my friendly neighbors exercising, being exercised by their fur babies in the pet park.
I cannot say enough about the security features offered in this gated community which topped off my needs for feeling safe in my new home.
If you are looking for a new home or are moving or downsizing like myself, I highly recommend you put Avalon at the top of your search. You won't regret it.
