Avalon Apartments

The apartment has a lot of damage from the previous tenant. A cabinet door was broken and falling off, the kitchen sink cabinets have a massive amount of water damage the bathroom drawers were rotten and painted over, broken blinds, multiple pot holes in the main thoroughfare. Valet trash didn’t run as scheduled (the completely missed our first pickup) paint drips on the hardwood throughout the unit. So far we’re pretty disappointed

I have lived here for a little over a year and it has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests get taken care of in a timely manner. The amenities are absolutely amazing and very well kept!

Awesome staff, great grounds, minimal worries (all easily managed), and wonderful pet grounds. I've been here right at 2 years and looking forward to another with pricing like it is.

Love the staff and how well they keep up with the grounds in making this a great place to live and enjoy the amenities they have to offer, the gym and the pool, especially having a playground for kids to play on.

The staff here at Avalon are always incredibly quick to respond and so nice about everything! The location being so close to the interstate is also very convenient. The amenities are my favorite part as well as the amount of resident activities and food trucks!
