The place is amazing and a good place to be a first home for me and my husband. I love the amenities and the staff is sweet as well! Would definitely recommend!

We've only lived here about a month, but so far it's been great. Maintenance is timely, staff are super helpful and friendly, the community is quiet, and the facilities are great!

I moved here from a small town and have really enjoyed my time here so far. It was easy to adjust for both me and my cat. I love the amenities and everything the complex offers.

My Resident Experience has been great. I love the office staff, Maintenace, and my neighbors. Everyone around me are so friendly. My dogs love to walk the property and the dog park.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing, the grounds are clean and beautiful, it is quiet and comfortable, and my kids love all the activities that Avalon has made available for them. I would give 100 stars if I could!
