Avalon is a beautiful community that is well kept by their excellent staff. They are on top of everything and I haven’t had any problems while living here. Apartments are very spacious and a good price for the space you are getting. Amenities are nice and well kept up with. Overall 10/10 apartment Community.

The time here has been great! The move in process was a success and I love the place. Issac was the one who helped my wife and I with our move. We love the large space of the apartment and our furr daughter loves the dog park she gets to run free. We love how there’s an area for small dogs and a separate area for large dogs.

The community is nice as well as the amenities. Its quiet for the most part but they need to add or advise the new residents that live on the 3rd or 2nd floors to not stomp or be so heavy footed out of respect for people who live under them. Bombs at 2,3 or 4am is not very inviting. Jmo

Everything has been great. If there’s a problem the maintenance is always quick to resolve it and everyone here is friendly! It’s nice to feel safe, accommodated and valued!

I’ve been at Avalon for 2 years and have enjoyed living here. My dog especially loves the dog park! Will be renewing my lease for another year. Would recommend!
