We love Avalon!

My family and I are extremely happy here! The apartments are well kept, kid friendly environment, and there is always something fun to look forward to every month whether it be food trucks on the property or fun activities at the office!

Been here for almost a year now and still really enjoy it here! Me and my husbands time here in Florida is almost done but living here with how nice everything is and the staff being amazing was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Easy move in process, quiet neighborhood, good community, overall it has been great so far! I live that i am close to the pool/gym as well as the dog park. My cooper lovess going there every single day and its a good way to make friends.
