When I attempted to call the maintenance line to report this urgent issue, I was caught in an endless loop that prevented me from reaching anyone. This is unacceptable. We pay a premium to live here, and I expect the phone system to function reliably—especially when reporting high-priority maintenance concerns. This issue needs to be addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you.

Great staff. If anything is broken it’s always addressed immediately. Family friendly. There is always a parking spot available. People pick up after themselves and pets for the most part. Landscaping is amazing. Dog park is large and very friendly.

I have been at the Cortland for a year and half and things have changed over time. Our elevator is unreliable and broken once a week. We have not had propone in the grills for months and I have lost several package due to an unorganized mailroom. It started as a great place to live but things have changed over time! I would consider other options. The pool is beautiful and the apartments have great closets though!

We sincerely regret to hear your experience has not met your expectations. We did have some contract issues with our propane but that is being finalized and should be back soon. We are not sure which building you are in, but if you are... having issues with an elevator please reach out to us so we can see what the issue is.
We understand the frustration when delivery drivers do not follow instructions and deliver packages incorrectly. Our team ensures the package room is organized weekly and have been doing so for a couple of months now, so you shouldn't see issues anymore. Please reach out to the delivery carrier if you have concerns regarding where they have placed your packages and we hope they can offer more assistance.
