Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the frustrations you’ve encountered, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Our breezeways are exterior spaces and are naturally exposed to… Florida’s elements. To help manage this, we follow a rotating building cleaning schedule so each building receives more detailed attention throughout the year. These areas also experience daily traffic from residents, pets, guests, and deliveries. While our team works hard to keep the community looking its best, day-to-day upkeep of shared spaces is a collective effort. We appreciate residents cleaning up after themselves when needed and partnering with us by reporting areas where nature or the elements have had a heavier impact, so we can step in and address them more quickly.

Wildlife can also present challenges in our area. While Florida regulations do limit how birds can be handled, we do use approved deterrent methods in locations where nesting tends to occur. When residents notice recurring patterns, such as birds nesting or frequent wildlife activity in certain areas, sharing that information helps us respond more effectively. We’ll be working with our pest management partner to review the location you mentioned and determine whether additional deterrents can be added.

We’re also very sorry to hear about the damage to your vehicle and appreciate you reaching out to us promptly. Based on the information initially shared, we weren’t able to confirm a direct connection to our landscaping team, though we understand why the timing raised concern. We haven’t received other reports of similar incidents, and our vendors are expected to operate with care. While we’re unable to confirm fault, we do want to approach the situation thoughtfully and responsibly.
