They have been sued twice in the past two years for people being beat up on the property with so many drug dealers, crime raids happen all the time. They are infested with roaches and will tow your car without cause don’t bother calling the voicemail is always full pool never works there is no gym or access they will say they’re working on the gym for 5+ years this complex is the worst in this area and they own palm aire gardens so same thing there. Car breaks and theft in both complexes are... ridiculous. You have been warned. Oh don’t let your AC go out either. Lee mas

They will not follow through on work orders/respond timely.

Neighbor showed us the green pool that has been shut down for 3 years and the non functioning gym.

Also only 1 trashcan so if you get a unit far away you will have to make that 10 minute walk.

During our tenancy, our washing machine began to have problems (1st month after moving in). The water would not fill and despite visiting the office on a daily basis, maintenance did not do anything about the issue for approximately 10 weeks when they finally took a (very old) washing machine from a vacant unit to replace our broken washer. Prior to that I did laundry elsewhere or would use a bucket to fill the machine with water from the sink numerous times during the wash cycle. The management... was ever changing so any issue that arose was ignored unless you went into the leasing office to complain numerous times. And that was if anyone was even there during business hours.. good luck! In the year we lived there, the AC broke twice, both times the maintenance repair guy told me that it is an extremely old unit. When we moved in, the key to the mailbox did not work and they couldn't provide a new one for a week. We were told the inside of the door would be painted upon moving in as it was damaged by the previous tenant. I reminded them of this a few times but it never happened. The best part was when I received an eviction notice after paying every single month on time. They had been applying my rent to the wrong account and I had to gather all the statements and documents to provide proof to the fact that I had paid rent in full, every month, on time. When they required we get a parking pass, they didn't even have my lease in the computer system (9 months in to my lease) nor could they find a copy so I had to bring my original lease so that they could enter it in properly.
We cleaned the apartment to a sparkling clean finish upon vacating. During the walk through, the manager said it looked incredible and we would not be charged a cleaning fee from our security deposit. However, when we received our security deposit, $100 was deducted for a carpet cleaning fee and another $125 was deducted for housekeeping fee. We submitted a letter to challenge the charges and after waiting 8 months with no response from management, I don't intend on ever seeing that money again. Thieves. Lee mas

This place looks good on the outside but is a complete dump! Why? These are the reasons - No pest control, the broadwalk is falling down, exercise equipment is broken, actually you can't use the exercise equipment because it is too dangerous, tennis courts are moldy, no parking- if you are a couple living in a one bedroom apartment only one of you are allowed to park on the premises and that one has to pay to park oh let's not forget - it serves as a drug rehabilitation half-way house,... management can't answer questions, they are not friendly at all. There are better places to live and as soon as our lease is up we are gone! Lee mas

I currently live here and there is till much to be done. When was the last time pest control came to the property? There are more and more insects, some kind of brown bugs taking over the grassy areas. there was a rat in the hallway that my dog almost got. I noticed landscaping is more often which is great, but there needs to be more control of pests and and over grown branches. I can barely walk out of my building with out having to dodge a palm tree leaf like im in a jungle.
