Beacon Point Townes is a fantastic place to live! The townhomes are beautifully designed with spacious layouts, modern kitchens, and smart home features that make everyday living so convenient. Having an attached garage and plenty of storage space is a huge bonus!
The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept, with great amenities like a pickleball court and a pavilion for residents to enjoy. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or... maintenance requests.
The location is unbeatable—close to shopping, dining, and just minutes from the beach. Plus, the move-in specials and preferred employer discounts made it even more affordable. Highly recommend Beacon Point Townes to anyone looking for a great home in St. Augustine!

Living at Beacon Point Townes has been an amazing experience! The townhomes are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home features. Having an attached garage is a huge plus!
The community itself is peaceful and well-maintained, with great amenities like a pickleball court and an outdoor pavilion. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they go above and beyond to make residents feel... welcome and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly.
The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus it’s just a short drive to the beach! If you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in St. Augustine, I highly recommend Beacon Point Townes!

The community is so quiet and pretty. The property is located off the main road and is easy to get to but still so close to everything. Our home is brand new and never lived in. There is only one maintenance team member, but he is always there same day. Never had faster service for my maintenance! LOVE IT!!
