Wonderful starter apartments

I moved here almost a year ago and have had nothing but a great experience. The service guys are so nice and helpful, they always smile and give my pup treats when they see us. The new management about a month ago has been a little less helpful than when I originally moved in, but nothing crazy major. Overall, a great quiet place and I’d recommend for anyone in college who couldn’t find/likes on campus housing.

Great!

I have been living here for a year and I have loved my experience so far. Maintenance problems are fixed fast, communication in the community is open and informative via email, and Patty in the office has made my moving in and package delivery a five star experience. I regularly recommend friends to move into this community and will continue to do so.

Not worth your $

The worst management team, they never pick up their phones or they’ll have an attitude. Valet trash service is horrible. Valet trash is never on time to pick it up which leads to possums coming in around 10-11pm making a mess on all the floors. Everyone smokes weed and we have to deal with the smell. Also the apartments have outdated appliances and never fix the issues requested from the tenants. Loud noises and dirty exterior.

Very Happy

Property was more than i expected, having completed the process long distanced. The process is streamlined to provide easy and fast opportunity to secure rental property. It was a pleasure working with Ash, she made everything easy and readily available for me, from a distance. My interaction with staff has been all positive, which is very important, and is a bonus. A few minor concerns when I arrived, however, all addressed expeditiously and in a very professional and caring manner. I am happy... with my selection of residence.
