Las Palmas Sarasota Apartamentos

Las Palmas located in Sarasota Florida is a wonderful gated community of condominiums. The units are very luxurious with 10' ceilings, crown molding, granite or corion counter tops, an open floor plan with a living room and living combination. The kitchen is loaded with cabinets and a large pantry. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the community is adjacent to a natural preserve. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and address any requests with urgency and appropriately. It... is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, theaters, the University of South Florida, and a brand new 2 story mall called University Town Center. The residents are all very friendly and make you feel like you are living among your own extended family members. We've lived here over one year. Our condo complex backs up to a marsh which means the view from our screened-in porch is leafy and full of bird sounds. We get a free, brief workout everytime we come home as we have to walk up one flight of stairs. The one-car garage is perfectly sized. The master bedroom walk-in closet is HUGE. Our teen son loves the "bridge" over the stairs; it joins the office/guest bathroom with his bedroom and the laundry room. The grounds are stunning -- many plantings,... palm trees (it is southwest Florida, after all), ponds with aeration fountains lit at night with red, green, and blue underwater floods. The serpentine drive keeps the speeds down. It's a terrific place to live. We'd like to own here, but we rent for now. Lee mas
