The Point at Bella Grove

I enjoy it here, I enjoy my apartment, it’s quiet and comfortable. I try not to bother people, people don’t bother me, people are usually friendly. However! The maintenance at this place is the worst. When I’ve needed them quickly! I never see or hear from them for like 3 days. I have to make multiple requests, calls. And I don’t call for little things- my AC, this is the 2nd time, and once when my key broke off in the entry/front door. Unable to get in apartment! Thankfully someone was still... home, to open the door, but then unable to lock it to leave. And thankfully my son was able to, after some struggles, get the broken key out, but the lock needed to be replaced, which took about a week. Again it’s a nice place to live, in my opinion, but maintenance needs better response, needs better resolve. Lee mas

Because the management does not seem to care about the insect population, mainly cockroaches in these apartments. If you love bugs, you will like to stay here you can study them. Keep them as pets. There are plenty of them to go around. You need not bother the staff about it because they are aware, and do not seem to to know how to control the population of them Except to let them grow.

Very quiet and peaceful, for the most part. No barking dogs or screaming kids.

Nice place to live. Spacious modern accommodations, under cabinet lighting and USB outlet a great plus. Permit parking helps residents obtain a parking space. Maintenance is responsive and the office staff are the best, Cheyenne is so very inked, friendly and efficient.
