The spacious fully-fenced backyard includes an outdoor dining area under a tropical pergola. Bedroom 1 is a master suite on the first floor with a cozy queen bed and a full private bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a spacious open loft on the second floor with a king bed, twin day bed, and trundle, along with an attached second full bathroom.
This home is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of.
