Beachwalk At Tampa Bay

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. They just finished a lot of construction, which made the complex way nicer than before. I like the new management company, they seem on top of things

Construction on site. Our patio is completely destroyed, our closet with all belongings is covered with dust. Constant noise from construction which management never mentioned when we signed the lease. Noone seems to care to compensate us anyhow for such inconvenience. Terrible. Do not move here at least until construction is over.

I have lived here for over 3 years and plan to stay. After a hard day in the office, nothing is more calming than the beautiful boardwalk through the nature reserve at Beachwalk. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and private.

With 24 hour security, I feel safe. The location is superb (I work in Tampa and have an easy commute). Overall, I don't really have anything negative to say.

If you move here, you will be happy :)

When first looking into the community everything may look perfect but BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!! The parking situation is unbelievable and most resident have got there car towed because the lack of visitor parking. With only 1 space to park per unit there is no place for a second car if somebody else lives in the house or even wants to come visit they can get parking. The walls are paper thin & you can hear everything from the people above you, below you, and beside you. Don't just fall for the... location and look because you'll regret it!! I recommend if you're interested in this place, keep looking because there is a ton that are better. Lee mas
