Sanctuary at Highland Oaks

The property is great but we have a few things in our apartment that were overlooked to be completed and it’s causing some havoc. The master bath tub does not drain out the water and it makes it hard to shower and keep the tub clean. When we reported to the front office we were informed that this task was supposed to be done with the set of appliances that we found under the bathroom sink.
Also we have a strong odor of dog urine in the living room area and the patio. We have allergies so they... have been out of control due to the strong scent of a dog and urine.

I will say that our guy Nathan has been on it when it comes to addressing this issues, which is a wonderful thing. Lee mas

Amazing Staff and grounds and would recommend to friends and family. Communication has always been very timely and sufficient. Very Kid friendly.

Waiting for a lot of maintenance tasks to be completed, such as cabinet doors that do not close properly, very dusty vents, nets that need to be replaced, some paintings yet to be done, bathroom still leaks water, and so on.

Living in this community for the past eight years has been a peaceful and grounding experience. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and feels like a safe haven away from the bustle of city life. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds in the morning and enjoy a calm evening walk without distractions.

The sense of familiarity and comfort here has grown over time, and I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. Whether its neighbors waving hello or the overall calm environment, it’s... a place that fosters a sense of belonging.

Despite that, I’m grateful for the years I’ve spent here and continue to value the tranquility and community spirit that make this place special. Lee mas

Nice community with peaceful atmosphere at reasonable rates. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. I am writing this after 2 months of getting into lease
