The pearl offers a beautiful & comfortably living space with lots of amenities and worth-while community events for residents !

Do not sign a lease here. It is not a safe place to live. I feel extremely unsafe to the point that I am not sleeping well at all and counting down the days until my lease ends. The front entry doors to our building have been completely unlocked / open to the public for the entire month of January so far, and this has happened many times before in the two years I've lived here. Random people off the street, the homeless community, anyone who wants to can just walk on in and take the elevator to... anywhere in the building they'd like to go. This has led to several of my packages being stolen and waking up to a homeless person sleeping in our lobby and on our pool deck on more than one occasion. When you ask the status of the door issues the office continuously tells you , "we're trying to get the vendor back out" , but there has yet to be a permanent solution to our doors in the 25 months I've been here. Additionally, our elevator has also been broken for the entirety of January so far. The other two buildings also have at least one inoperable elevator as well. At least one of them is almost always broken - way too many people having to wait for the same elevator. We continue to get the same story from the office - "we're trying to get the vendors back out, we're trying to order a part, etc." This place is WAY to expensive for these continuous issues.

I have loved living at The Pearl, it has made my big transition from Chicago to Florida so easy and at feel at home.

The Pearl has a great maintenance team! Easy to use portal for maintenance requests and the maintenance team is quick and responsive! Especially Nelson has been very helpful

I am physician with excellent credit. Pearl charged me inaccurate fees and their collection agency has tried to ruin my credit rating. I have waisted lot of my time and 3 in person visits with out satisfactory response..
