$80.00 of water for 1 person mini apartment
Bad experience going to the office just to find out rate on apartment different online prices and the respresentative from the office customer service is horrible rude and not helpful. Have a friend whom live there and her apartment is falling apart and maintenance doesn't do anything about it. I don't recommend anyone to move in and her apartment is full of roaches.

Porches ARE falling off
I don't recommend this apartments to anyone. They are only good to collect rent. The rest it's on you specifically if something brakes, they will find Way to charge you for it.

Horrible/ terrible to live
These apartments are in horrible conditions/ Not livable. Mold and roach infested. Second and third floor are crumbling apart and throughout my time there I've experienced the worst management in terms of general apartment maintenance, lack of communication to office and sleazy financial dealings. They will lie about deposits and increase rent when benefitable to them. DO NOT RENT HERE

Worst Apartments in Tampa
These apartments are in horrible/not livable conditions. Molded and roach infested. Second and third floor are crumbling apart and throughout my time there I've experienced the worst management in terms of general apartment maintenance, lack of communication to office and sleazy financial dealings. They will lie about deposits and increase rent when benefitable to them. DO NOT RENT HERE

Not worth it
Stay away! They don't fix anything and all appliances are outdated. Don't be fooled by their pictures. Pool is always dirty they only clean it twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays but you can never smell the chlorine. Code enforcement needs to be called. Outlets spark when you plug something in, one apartment caught on fire recently when no one was home. Its not safe for kids. Holes in the 2nd floor. Neighbors don't care for your car and scratch ding it up. They also steal your cloths in the... laundry mat which dont even dry your cloths well for the price you pay. I take my cloths to the laundry mat because the dryers here dont try. If you ask them to fix something they make it worse. The only good thing is the school bus stop is in the front.
