Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. No shoes are allowed in the home. If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed. If pets are brought there will be an additional fee of $150 added. Fireworks are prohibited. The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things, and parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited, with a $500 penalty. Only registered guests may be on the property, including in the backyard, and extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night. The booking guest must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property, including vaping, and if evidence of either is found you will be charged a $550 fine. If remote controls for all of the ceiling fans in the house are lost or broken, the replacement cost is $150 per remote control. The pool is not heated. The sunroom with a king-size bed is semi-private (no door).
