The Villas at Emerald Dunes Apartamentos

I live here, this is my 3rd year. The grounds stay clean. The staff is usually quick to respond to needs. The gate is always broken. They don’t ever seem to change the motor. They just “fix” it. There’s always something wrong with the pool. But hopefully that will change now. The worst thing is Broadstar Cable us your only option for internet and cable. They are the worst company every. It goes out when there is a heavy rain, which is often since we are in south Florida. So if you need to work... from home, like me, you cannot rely on the internet here. I have an ATT hotspot that uses 4G cellular internet. That signal is bad, but more reliable. Lee mas

Development going downhill fast. Want to move to another apt or townhouse in the area

i have now lived here in Emerald Dunes for 3 years and it's been a great experience. i love the gym which is centrally located and has all the right equipment. The pool is always clean and security is always making the rounds to make sure all is well, and thats a good feeling. As for shopping everything you need is within a 5 mile radius. Not to mention the turnpike and 95 are just down the street. The people are very friendly and the office staff are always helpful. Emerald Dunes I call it... home. PS..Pets allowed. Lee mas

lived here for 3 years. not renewing because maintenance is too erratic, a property manager who doesn't care, and the worst cable/internet provider of all time. other than that, a safe, quiet complex close to everything.

Hi. I have lived here for at least 6 years and loved it. My unit is gorgeous, the grounds are always kept, the office knows me and is always helpful, maintenance is done promptly, 24 hr security. What more could you ask? Well, it's 2014, and reliable internet would be nice. They have an exclusive contract with Broadstar Cable (Look them up on Better Business Bureau and you'll see the problem). This company has to be the worst! The entire community hasn't had internet in days, and before that it... was "dial-up" slow. Also numerous problems being billed for cable services I do not have. I'd love to switch companies, but here's the kicker... we cant! They can't get rid of that god-awful cable company... so we are forced to just deal with it! If you need internet for work, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! My boyfriend has to go to Starbucks every day as he works from home. I loved my apartment so much, but at this point i feel like moving. :( Lee mas
