Can't wait to move in

I can’t wait to move into The Parker! From the moment I toured, it felt like being at a resort. The whole community is stunning — from the gorgeous pool and outdoor spaces to the modern, high-end finishes inside the apartments. Every detail has been thought through, and it truly feels like luxury living. I’m so excited to call this place home!

The Parker is a new complex and honestly is all around great. I’m not far from grocery stores, or gas stations, and even downtown acworth is super close so there is always something to do!
The leasing staff is amazing, they are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable on everything and were ready to answer any questions!

I fell in love with The Parker and everything it has to offer. I also had an amazing experience with my guide, Britt. She was super knowledgeable, fun, friendly and professional.
