Unfortunately, I would not recommend this apartment community due to the level of noise transmission between floors.
Living in a lower-floor unit, I can clearly hear footsteps and normal movement from the apartment above, often as distinct thumping sounds throughout the day and evening. This is not occasional noise but a regular part of daily life that has significantly affected my enjoyment of the apartment.
The issue is noticeable enough that guests have commented on it, and it can be... distracting during work, relaxation, or simply trying to enjoy time at home. While the staff and community may have positive qualities, the lack of effective sound insulation between floors has been a major drawback.
Prospective residents, particularly those considering a lower-floor apartment, should be aware that impact noise from neighboring units may be much more noticeable than expected.
