The Juncture Apartments

Refused to give housing information because I did not have an appointment. Their website does not offer the option to schedule a tour. 3 people were working and they couldn’t even bother to introduce themselves to me or ask what I was looking.

I have been searching for apartments in this area and Juncture has been the best thus far!

I TRIED to tour this apartment about a month ago despite the warnings I read in other reviews. I was apartment hunting around my work schedule so could not make an appointment. Not at all their fault. I walked in to the office and was greeted by just a glance in my direction. I sat down and waited to be addressed. Another person walked in who had an appointment. Same reaction. A lady walked into the lobby from the offices and asked us both what we needed. The man at the desk still said nothing.... We both explained we were there to see an apartment, I said I didn’t have an appointment. He said he did. She told me they were busy and I would have to make an appointment for the following day (totally fair). She then told the man with the appointment that there was no one that could give him a tour that day because the gentleman at the desk was busy. He asked if she would be able to give him a tour instead and the look of shock on her face was incredible. The gall of this man to expect his appointment to be honored. I piped up and asked why I would bother making an appointment if they clearly couldn’t accommodate them. All she did was look at me and walked away. Leaving both of us standing there. This place lost 2 potential renters that day. Every negative review I read made sense after that. Lee mas

Great property awful management . Don't fall for the property if you have any maintenance request or management issue it is a night mare. If you think you can live with it it is a great property . Be careful with hidden management charges and slowly increasing this and that charges to your monthly bill.
