AC and heating are seasonally available, controlled by wall units without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. A minimum fine of $150 applies for behavior resulting in a false fire alarm, and a $50 fine for smoking in common areas or improper trash disposal.
