My Aunt lives here and they will not pay for a licensed electrician to fix her light meter box so GA Power took her meter. the manager Angela continues to run game on people instead of fixing the problems. these apt should be condemned no one should live here. I got caught in gunfire last year when I visited. they do not care about the tenants. DO NOT RENT HERE. cheap isn't always good. infested with roaches inside, cats outside. ANGELA you need to do better

This place may seem like a good deal but let me tell you first hand, it is not worth it. Run away from this complex while you still have your sanity. I moved here and on the first night was informed by residents that my apartment had bed bugs. Come to find out they were fleas. I alerted the management of this issue (which they probably already knew about) and they took their time solving the issue. I was unable to stay in the apartment because I refused to live under those conditions. I will be... getting out of my lease unfortunately losing the money I already invested but I rather leave than to deal with any more shenanigans from them. The leasing manager is incompetent and lazy; she talks a good game but fails to deliver on any of her promises. It takes them forever to truly address any apartment issues because they like to do patch work instead of doing it right the first time. This is also a high crime area that has shoot outs frequently. So please do not waste your time, because you'll regret it in the end. Lee mas
