Ascent Midtown Apartamentos

Living at Ascent Midtown has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as a renter. During a shooting incident on the property, my vehicle was hit 4 times. When I reported it, management initially agreed to reimburse me for the repairs. However, after weeks of back-and-forth, they reversed their position and told me to go through my renter’s insurance instead. Since the damage was just under my deductible, I was left to cover the full cost out of pocket, despite their earlier... assurance of support.

This property has ongoing problems with short-term Airbnb-style rentals, which creates frequent noise, safety issues, and an unpredictable environment.

The elevators are always broken, so if you have a dog be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes on the elevator.

I truly enjoy my living experience at Ascent Midtown. The concierge team is incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist residents. The property is exceptionally well kept—clean, well-maintained, and it always smells fresh and inviting.

I'm also grateful for the concessions I’ve received, which have made my time here even more enjoyable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to so many great shops and restaurants just steps away.

First time living in Atlanta. So glad I picked this place. The staff here is absolutely excellent!

Ascent Midtown has been wonderful so far during our first month of residence. The move-in process was smooth and the vibe is warm and welcoming. Taye and Tameka have been especially awesome!

I really feel at home at this property. The staff feels like family and I love the design of my unit.
