New staff isn’t good
I’ve lived here for a while and I have to say, things have really gone downhill since the new staff took over. There’s been a clear drop in attentiveness, communication, and overall care for the property.
Most recently — on May 14 — there were multiple car break-ins. That should be a wake-up call, but there’s been no real update or acknowledgment from management. With the amount of rent people are paying, there should be visible security measures in place and better communication with residents... .
The new staff just doesn’t seem invested. No communication about events,food trucks we use to get message when there here not any more , and no sense of urgency when things go wrong. It’s like we went from a community to just another apartment complex. You can’t even call the office and get someone — the phones ring endlessly.
The new app they rolled out doesn’t allow neighbors to connect anymore either, which has completely killed the community vibe this place used to have.
The whole experience feels like a downgrade. Management really needs to take feedback seriously before more residents start moving out.
