Clarion Court Apartments

These apartments have arrangements with the city to make parking difficult. The complex recently started requiring a parking permit, which caused many people to begin to park on the street in front of the building when they started enforcing it. Within a couple of months, the city made that street a no-parking zone, so people started parking on the side of the building. Within a couple more months, the city made THAT street a no-parking zone. The complex has guest parking passes, but they are... only good for a few days, and spots are very limited, and the office is not open at night or on weekends when I usually have visitors. They also require you to know the plate number of the car before you even receive a guest pass. Not all of my guests are planned visitors. Some of my guests cars' have been towed away, and even my own once. Now with no street parking, the complex has no solution or alternative. Lee mas

I live here I am a young female and I like it. The only complete I would have is the smallness of the apartment. Everything else is good.

While being a tenant there. The place was very nasty.You would think you be able to walk outside and enjoy the area. Most defiantly not. Possums roams the area constantly day and night. The up keep of the property is terrible. To the point were Roaches and bugs ran me out of my resident. Cause a break of lease..TERRINLE RIGHT. The Property Mananger Andrea has a Bad Bad attitude. She speaks to people as if you the soldier and she's the leutentantant. Highly disrespectful.

They promised me an apartment. I payed all the fees and took all the paper work. They called me and told the apartment was ready for me to move in.When I went the day off to pay for the first months rent they had excuses about why they couldn't give it to me yet and had another couple looking at it that was interested in it. I told them that if there were so many problems I would go looking elsewhere. They refused to give me the deposit I gave for the apartment even though I wasn't getting it.

In the Southside Of Atlanta Ga down to the small city of Hapeville, You will find the comfort of the nieghborhood community apartments known as Clarion Court. I currently am a resident at this complex. Its very comftorble if your not picky about size or have a big family. Kitchen would be fantastic if it was a little bigger.Also would the restroom. Other than so i cant complain. Maintence is often done late but its because the actual managment have few workers and only one does the inside work... .In all one bedroom apartment is only good for two no more. Lee mas
