Cyan On Peachtree

Great location, great views, floor plans are workable. Garage doesn’t always closed. Concierge used to be available till 12am now only 8pm, which is not convenient at all. Hallways are not always clean, especially outside elevators on different floors. But I always see an officer onsite

In the 3 years living here I have seen the potential Cyan has but at the moment I would not confidently recommend it to anyone. Since the recent management change, I have felt like the building runs itself. No one to resolve issues, no one who prioritizes residents, I have had to spend extra money due to their lack of due diligence. The community lacks “community”, apartments are quite basic for the cost to stay there. Parking is a pain, we pay $50 additional every month PER CAR, only to get... booted at times. Living at Cyan on Peachtree has been an exceptional experience! The staff is attentive, the building is beautifully maintained, and the location can’t be beat. From move-in to daily living, everything has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury living in the heart of the city!

The maintenance team is excellent at Cyan. Nick and Jerome are so professional and courteous.

Cyan is located perfectly, being close to the mall, stores, and highways. Views are great and most of the staff is friendly. They allow airbnb which is not ideal as a resident actually living here, because the many different people that don’t necessarily have the same respect we have for our home come and go.
