Meridian Buckhead

Lived there for a year and extremely relieved to finally leave the place. We initially rented a place as it was close to the mall. But after moving in, we realized that the place has different policies for renters vs owners. Maintenance is always prioritized for owners and could take 2-3 weeks to be addressed for renters. The leasing office does the contract on behalf of condo owner but as soon as that is done, they was their hand off and direct any issues to the owner who may not be in the same... city or state.
A major concern during this period has been security issue being next to the station, we had a tenant attacked outside the building, multiple break ins to the garage and we were once threatened in the elevator of the complex as well. Lee mas

Located in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta, within walking distance of the new very upscale Shops of Buckhead Atlanta, as well as the two greatest Malls in the US - Lennox Square and Phipps Plaza. This city is bursting with new construction! My place is a one bedroom condo with hardwoods and stone counters. We have all amenities one needs - theatre, game rooms, exercise rooms, outdoor gardens with two cookout areas, saunas, rooftop pool, park. New bike paths and parks being constructed daily... within view. We are also very fortunate to have and excellent management and work staff. Lee mas
