I like the view from my apartment very much — it’s truly one of the highlights of living here. The lounge on the 26th floor is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to relax, work, or entertain guests. The building is always nice and clean. Overall, I’m very happy with the atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience. Highly recommended!

It has been a great experience the staff is great. Maintance request are handled really fast. Overall great amenities. Safe and secure building with super friendly concierge.

I love it here so far, a little bother that the top community area closes at 10pm because I would like to get my work done up there. A lot of the concierge workers are rude as well but it's fine

I’ve been living at SKYHouse Buckhead for a year and overall, it’s a great apartment in terms of location, amenities, and design. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and offers beautiful views.
However, I do feel there’s a lack of community here. It would be great to see more initiatives that bring residents together and help build a stronger sense of connection among neighbors. Additionally, management and maintenance could be more proactive and responsive. Communication isn’t always... consistent, and requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed.
With a bit more effort on the community-building and service side, this place could go from good to truly exceptional.

I have been a resident for 4 years. Every year there is a concerns. At first it was tenants that were loud and disrespectful. The pool area was always crowded with people who didn’t live in the building. We have 3 elevators and they are never all working at the same time. We had an infestation of nats for an entire summer it was unbearable. I now feel the building is infested with roaches. It’s just been a crazy 4 years. I have not used the pool area in two years because every summer it... like party central. For the amount of rent I pay on time this is ridiculous. I love my apartment and the close access I have to work and leisure that’s why I gave it a three but everything this else is horrible.
