What I enjoy most about the living experience at Tower on Piedmont is the outstanding management, leasing agent and overall community environment. Clinton, our manager, is truly exceptional, one of the most personable, professional, and kind managers I’ve ever had in an apartment community. He always greets you with a smile, makes you feel comfortable, and is 100% there for you whenever an issue arises. His presence alone makes living here feel welcoming and well-supported.

I also really... appreciate the cleanliness of the buildings and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet, well-maintained place to live, and any maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, the concierge team is wonderful. The second-shift concierge, in particular, is awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He truly stands out and adds to the positive experience.

Living at the Tower on Piedmont has been a great experience thus far, management are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of the residents are met. Maintenance team is very professional, punctual and they make sure that each maintenance request is met in a timely manner. The entire Tower on Piedmont Team go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents. I'm so proud to be living in such a wonderful place with a great team of people.

The Tower on Piedmont is a well-kept building. Everyone at The Tower on Piedmont, including the front office staff, maintenance, and the concierges treat others with respect.

I've been living at Tower on Piedmont for over four months now, and I can genuinely say the experience has been amazing. The staff is outstanding-every single person I've encountered has been so kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Price and Ricky are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. They’re quick, reliable, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything that needs attention. Asia at the concierge is an absolute gem—her smile is always warm and welcoming. She is so helpful... and always lets me know when I have a package. I love the peace of mind knowing my packages are secure in a locked room only the concierge can access.
The leasing team has been just as wonderful. Devin helped me move in and was so patient while helping me find the perfect apartment. Tavia and Clinton have also been amazing! Every time I see them, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful.
Finding a new place to live is always a little nerve-wracking! So much of your experience depends on the management team. I’m beyond glad I ended up somewhere with such a top-notch, caring staff. Thank you to the wonderful team at Tower on Piedmont for making this feel like home!

The Tower is conveniently located with all of my major needs (grocery stores, nail salon, gym, and restaurants) within walking distance. The leasing team and concierge staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
