A Place to Call HOME!

I've been living at Tower on Piedmont for over four months now, and I can genuinely say the experience has been amazing. The staff is outstanding-every single person I've encountered has been so kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Price and Ricky are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. They’re quick, reliable, and always go above and beyond to take care of anything that needs attention. Asia at the concierge is an absolute gem—her smile is always warm and welcoming. She is so helpful... and always lets me know when I have a package. I love the peace of mind knowing my packages are secure in a locked room only the concierge can access.
The leasing team has been just as wonderful. Devin helped me move in and was so patient while helping me find the perfect apartment. Tavia and Clinton have also been amazing! Every time I see them, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful.
Finding a new place to live is always a little nerve-wracking! So much of your experience depends on the management team. I’m beyond glad I ended up somewhere with such a top-notch, caring staff. Thank you to the wonderful team at Tower on Piedmont for making this feel like home!

The Tower is conveniently located with all of my major needs (grocery stores, nail salon, gym, and restaurants) within walking distance. The leasing team and concierge staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Superb Experience till now .....

Devin is an amazing leasing manager at this property. He made my moving in porcess really smooth and adrressed every concern within no time. Also, after my move in this apartment whenever I raised any request to fix few issues at my apartment, Price has addressed them within no time. He is an excellent technician and alrounder. Thank you so much Devin and Price for making me feel this apartment as my new home ...Definitely recommended.
