Three months short term for long-term I don’t recommend
If you’re looking for a temporary place to stay for a few months, this community might work for that. However, my personal experience has been very disappointing.
From the beginning, I encountered several issues. The apartment was not properly prepared before move-in — there were multiple broken appliances including the kitchen sink faucet, lights that didn’t work, and a patio door that wouldn’t open. Unfortunately, the unit also had a roach infestation when I arrived.
The property is... advertised as a gated and smoke-free community, but the gate is often broken and my key fob has never worked, making access difficult. I’ve also noticed the smell of smoke, including marijuana, around the property. The cleanliness of the hallways is poor, and it’s frustrating to see dog waste left in front of units without being cleaned up promptly.
Additionally, I experienced incorrect charges on my account, and getting help from management has been very difficult. Communication is lacking, and the team appears to be understaffed, which may be why maintenance requests and other concerns go unaddressed for long periods of time. I also have concerns about mailbox security.
Overall, I’m extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I don’t feel I’m getting the value I expected for the amount I’m paying, and the lack of response to ongoing issues has made living here frustrating.
