This property is so low class & dirty. The residents play EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC almost every evening. There is also police & caution tape around building 6904 almost every other month. The leasing office will not add security & the cameras don't even work. The pool is NEVER open & there is No Laundry, plenty of Roaches. People drink beer, smoke & leave bottles everywhere. They fight at 3am in the morning. Trash is always left on the grounds for 1-2wks, the property is disgusting. One or more... buildings, the door has broken off & have never been fixed. The owners are clearly aware of all these problems as residents have called them, emailed, come into the office to complain but they refuse to do anything about it. Don't pay them your money to live this SLUM. Lee mas

rent went up for no reason and they charge by the gallon on water but doesn’t have a meter so they don’t know exactly how much you owe.you don’t have an exact rent amount. got an eviction notice even though i paid on time.. no one is ever in the office and wont answer the phone..

Current resident .. The community here is terrible, drug dealers walking around and tenants smoking cigarettes inside the buildings. There’s construction going on in my building as we speak and there wasn’t a notice whatsoever . It is 8:26AM and I can’t even get in touch with the office because the place is a mess. Do not move here, especially if you have children.

I moved in about 4 months ago but almost got scared away by
the reviews. Yes like all places, even buckhead, they have issues
but its affordable and 20 minutes from my job. You actually get to see
the manager out walking the property and putting out the problem
folks and again....its affordable!

Very poor customer service in the office.. the women in the office scheduled me to see a one bedroom at 1pm.. we show up.. after a 30 minute drive just to show up and be told the place cant be seen because it won't be cleaned until 4:30..BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT ...i ask howcome not one called to inform me and instead of just owning up to her wrong she says "you can come back tomorrow" ... I'm like how about NOT.. if they are rude and unprofessional now..i can only imagine... how the property looks... thank god i dodged the bullet. Lee mas
