DO NOT MOVE HERE!
This place is horrible!! My building has a severe roach issue. My neighbors and I have complained and they put letters on our door stating pest control is coming and they never showed up.

We only have two maintenance people on the property and they have to fix issues on two complexes so if you have an issue it takes forever for them to fix anything. I’ve had electrical issues within my home that still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been months now.

The standard maintenance on the... outside is horrible as well. It’s been over 3 or 4 months since someone has cut the grass or even blown the leaves in the complex. The dog park is ran down, I do not feel safe taking my dog in there.

You have to call the office multiple times before you get an answer. If you leave a message they do not call back.

They only good thing about this place is the lady that tries to keep up the parking lot everyday by picking up the trash that is either left on the ground by people or the 50 cats that roam around the complex and in the trash cans. She is so pleasant and always greets you with a smile.

Ever Since Brittney and Kendricka left this place has been horrible. I’m glad my lease is almost up because I will be running out of here. Lee mas

I moved all the way from Houston and when I got here my apt had flooded due to some unknown issue--I had been in my apt 2 days before this happened. When I tell you the people in the office were awesome! Not only did they put me in a newly upgraded apt (which mine was not) but they also kept my rent the same price for the issues I had. The maintenance staff also packed my truck up and moved my items into my home. Im very thankful to live somewhere that the people in the office really care about.
