The Oliver Chamblee

I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I cannot complain. The staff is super helpful and polite. Maintenance requests are usuallg solved within the same day unless it is a matter that needs to be coordinated with off-site vendors. The location is super convenient, a block away from the MARTA metro, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations, and less than 30 mins from downtown.

The apartments are comfortable and have a good layout.... The noise level is super reasonable, I usually cannot hear noises coming from neighbor apartments, and when I do, it is nothing disruptive and never within the quite hours of the night time. Also, there are frequent activities to promote socializing between the neighbors.

I look forward to continue living there for the foreseeable future. Lee mas

We love the apartment overall! No noise issues from neighbors, hallways are clean, leasing agents are kind, and community events are done regularly. My only complaint is that the breaker trips very easily in this apartment. I'm not one to leave my lights on or appliances plugged in, but the breaker tripped twice in two months of living here.

I have truly enjoyed living at The Oliver Chamblee. The staff is great and attentive. Maintenance orders are responded to quickly. The property is beautiful and great amenities!

I'm happy with how easy it is to live here. I can do simple shopping at Walmart. H Mart is also nearby, and I visit Costco every week. The Mexican restaurant next door is also very reasonably priced. The walking paths are wonderful. I never get bored of the train trail.

Great area! Friendly office staff…. Prompt maintenance team! It’s a diverse community in a tucked away community right outside of the city. Highly recommended!
