Second Avenue Apartments

I had such a nice experience with my tour and my guide Nigeria. She made sure to keep me updated on things, and to fix any problems that I had during the application process. I chose this apartment complex heavily due to her attentiveness and support during the time of me applying. When I came down to move in, she made accommodations for me to ensure a smooth process. She is readily available and excited to help anytime I have a question. I already know that the space is gorgeous, but knowing... that I have support if and when I need it means the world! The staff is very knowledgeable and great with communication. If I have a question they cannot answer, they find out the answer as fast as possible. The apartment is also beautiful.

Nice apartment! I really like the tall ceiling an and new appliances. The leasing office is very friendly and willing to help in whatever way you need.

The move in process was easy, and everyone in the front office is nice and helpful. The apartments have nice appliances and are well maintained.

No complaints. Hands down best apartment I could’ve chosen in Columbus. Just moving from Atlanta I wanted that same feel when it came to space and updated features in my apartment and 2nd Avenue apartments gave just that plus more. It’s so quiet and peaceful here almost feels like I live in the building alone. Feels great to come outside to good landscaping everyday as well. My move in was so easy and the staff was wonderful.
