I love it here! This place deserves so much more attention and appreciation. This is such a welcoming establishment to call my home. First year tenant and hope for many more years with this lovely community! The maintenance is speedy and thorough and shout-out to Towne Creek Apartments for doing us justice!! (:

I just moved in and so far I am loving my new apartment! Only down fall right now is the AC isn’t seeming to work. Hoping I can get it fixed quick!

My resident experience so far is Great . I have no complaints this is a quiet neighbor hood , great admin team , neighbors are nice . Took me no time to get settled .

The first four years were great even though my apartment got flooded three times but they were very caring and concerned. I recently had to go over a month without any hot water because of the hot water heater and it took forever to have it fixed and they just didn't care. My gas bill was so high almost $300 would normally it wasn't even $60 because the gas was running and I didn't even have hot water and it was in the summertime and now I have been stuck with that bill and has been a burden...... I always pay my rent on time and I am always trying to do my part keep these apartments at the standard at which I want to live in as far as the community... It's just a shame that they used to care now.... They could care less
