Alexander Crossing Apartments & Townhomes

Management at this place is horrible. If you’re unable to walk in and have time to sit there until your issue is resolved it’s never happening. I moved out of here 11/6/2025 and NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME TO SOLIDIFY ANYTHING!. I’ve been calling them to get stuff in order and they refuse to give me my security deposit. It’s literally been 2 months and the property manager refuses to speak to me of give me my money. The apartment was clean and in tact upon leaving. Despite the multiple maintenance... issues they have. I’ve never experienced such inhumane behavior from people who claim to run a business. So unprofessional. Lee mas

Great place to live. Nice and clean office. The staff is nice too.

I’m very glad I moved here 8 years ago it’s quiet and peaceful most of the time, and the leasing office team headed by Jessica and the maintenance crew have been great from day one… it’s getting a little expensive but I hope I can afford to stay here for years to come… Sincerely! Duane Brown

My daughter and I viewed a two bedroom today, it really beautiful and the fact Jessica the community manager was so nice and informative made that much greater, I am hoping and praying that we will become residents here real soon:)

I had the option to apply online for an available unit. When I called to ask if I can come see it I was told it was unavailable. When I asked what would have happened had I applied and paid the fees what would have happened and I was told the dont do online applications yet they clearly do on their website. This place seems shading.
