It’s cool. The people are cool not too much noise is made , nothing crazy going on. I think it’s all good & dandy. Staff is cool & always doing their jobs.

It’s a nice and quiet community. Very convenient for campus. I love my neighbors and the staff members are pretty chill.

But the apartment complex itself needs renovation or a better maintenance. Pool is non-existent. Printer always out of ink. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty with broken blinds, water damage, damaged floor tiles, etc. I don’t mind a lot of these, but some of these were safety hazards.

The neighborhood is quiet and my apartment is spacious. They always answer my concerns in a timely manner and they are so helpful inside the office. I enjoy coming home everyday and my dog loves the dog park as well!

So far amazing, and I've been here for 3 years! It has a great location, affordable housing, quiet neighborhood. I'd recommend it to college kids.
